Is it out yet?
Not yet. A beta will open soon. Email hello@chalarmy.com if you'd like to know when it does.
What do I need to run it?
An iPhone on iOS 26 or later. iPhone only for now, no iPad app.
Will the alarm still ring on Silent?
Yes. Chalarmy uses the system's alarm layer (the same one the built-in Clock app uses), so it sounds through Silent and Focus.
What if I close the app, or my phone is locked?
The alarm is handed to the system when you set it, so it rings at the right time even if the app is closed or the phone is locked. The challenge appears when you tap the alarm to dismiss it.
Do you collect any data about me?
No account, no name, no advertising trackers. The app sends anonymous usage counts (e.g. "an alarm fired", "a challenge was completed") through TelemetryDeck so we know which features are actually used. There's no identifier that ties any of it back to you. The privacy policy spells it out.
Will it have ads?
No. Not in the free version, not anywhere.
